Major General Benjamin Badewole (Rtd) is the founder and MD/CEO of Airmarine Logistics Limited. General Badewole is a well decorated military officer who retired from the Nigerian Army in September 2011 after 34 years of unblemished military service. While in the employment of the Nigerian Army he held numerous command and staff appointments. He was at different times the Director Army Legal Services; Registrar Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna; and Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Military Police, Zaria. General Badewole holds an LLB (Hons) Degree in Law from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in October, 1987. He attended the Command and Staff College, Quetta, Pakistan and he is a fellow of the National Defence College, Abuja. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Managing Defence in a Democratic Market-based society from Cranfield University, United Kingdom and a master`s of Science Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He has brought his wealth of experience, discipline and academic profundity to bear on the corporate governance of Airmarine Logistics Limited.
Mr Oluyinka Babafemi Oniwinde is a foundation member of Airmarine Logistics Limited. He has been in private business for close to 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and a minor in Management from the University of Texas A & M (Prairie View), USA. Since returning to Nigeria, he has concentrated on working in the hydro-carbon industry of the economy, administering his leadership skills and vast experience in various positions of management, including Damaro Nigeria Ltd, a firm involved in downstream operations of the Oil and Gas sector. Yinka is on the board of a few companies. As Director, Business Development, he provides the required business direction and strategy to the Management of Airmarine Logistics Limited.
Captain Adebayo Araba is a household name in the Nigerian Aviation Industry. He trained as a pilot at the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, (NCAT) Zaria, and later became an instructor pilot in the same institution. He attended many aviation colleges in the UK and USA. Having been certified as a pilot, he was transferred from NCAT to the defunct Nigeria Airways and rose steadily to attain Captain Command F28 Boeing 737 and EA 310 Airbus. In his over 3 decades of piloting career, he had over 15,000 hours of flying. Following his retirement from the defunct Nigeria Airways, he was appointed by the Nigerian Government in May 2007 as the Rector, NCAT to help resuscitate the ailing institution. It was to Captain Araba`s credit that the moribund college regained its past glory due to his doggedness, competence and creative ability. It is in realization of his robustness that he was appointed to join Airmarine Logistics Limited as a non-executive Director.
